GREEN Drug Treatment Program

THE GREEN program is a unique drug treatment program available to county,  state and federal inmates. The program utilizes mental, physical, and spiritual therapeutic techniques. The work inmates undertake includes phase work/steps, accountability, group therapy and art therapy.

GREEN stands for: Growing, Re-directing, Educating, Experiencing, and New life.

The GREEN program is completely voluntary. Inmates can move in, up and down, or out of the program based on their evaluations as they work through the requirements. State inmates may receive a 90-day sentence reduction upon successful completion.

The GREEN program was put in place in March 2015 by Jailer David Moss. The program is implemented by mental health counselor Christie Fox.
